Favourite app

This has quickly become my favourite app. Have linked to my Garmin so all activities are saved. Excellent for travelling.

Keeps Crashing!

App is of no use if it doesn’t work. Your response is interesting - trying to dismiss my issue as user error - maybe you could do with some education on how to provide support - I have raised a support request nearly a week ago for which I’ve had no response, yet you have the time to respond to my review 🤔 Further, I’ve identified the issue myself - a map that downloaded fine when I first created it using your app would no longer download and kept causing the crash. So thanks for nothing. Maybe check for a support request next time before providing an uneducated response to a review

A bit misleading

To download maps, the app prompts you to create an account, but once they have your information they tell you that its a premium feature that requires money. A bit of a dark pattern in my opinion.

Scammers!!!!

You sign up for a free trial and even when you cancel before the trial ends they charge you anyway and offer nothing!!!! Complete scam!!! Update 6 months later. I’ve already contacted you many times about a refund but get told I didn’t cancel the subscription before the free trial ends, which is a lie, I did cancel within the free trial period.

Good app but support is average

The app is really good and is used by a lot of people. GPX downloads don't work if you need to import the rough onto your wearable. That's fine but the issue I have is when you email support, they don't read the ticket and tell you what you've already told them is the problem. You'll get 1 chance of getting a response from support. After that, it's crickets. Very frustrating.

Simply Excellent & Worth It

Worth every cent. No glitches or dramas, with full usability and actually appears to be a modern app compared many others where no money gets put into it being attractive and functional. To be able to very easily download a map (or many) and then put your phone on airplane mode (only if you want, to save battery) and then to know where you’re going every step of the way is seamless and fantastic. 10/10

Love the app and features

Only thing I would like to see is more options for accessibility so someone with a motorised wheelchair might be able to choose trails easier 😊

Screen lock or change app fails map downloads

How is no one else seeing this? You cannot download large data maps like satellite as the screen has to stay active. If the phone locks or you change apps the download fails. It’s 2024 and we have this absolute garbage. Day before a big hike and you have this. Clowns

Easy to use and so helpful!

I’m loving the app, the filters are great so you can search by activity, location, length, elevation and the best thing - what you want your experience to be like. Whether see a view, walk in a forest, go to a waterfall - it’s all in there. Thanks Alltrails crew for a job well done!!

Downhill quickly

Oof. Alltrails used to be one of my favorite apps, which is why I pay for it, but since one of the recent updates they removed the easy filters, and now you have to use things like "dog friendly" or "epic views" filters, while I'm looking for 10-20km trail runs, which are now incredibly hard to find. I'll vote with my money and cancel my subscription, but this is a disappointing development.
