## Allworx Reach 5 Description
Allworx Reach brings the rich functionality of your Allworx phone to your mobile device. Create a SIP handset to place and receive calls, including Transfer, Park, and 3-way conference. You'll have easy access to Contacts (Allworx directory, personal, and contacts shared from other apps) and Call History, including Allworx users' Presence and Busy Lamp Field status. Manage your voicemails.

NOTE: In order to receive calls when the app is in the background, this app REQUIRES access to an Allworx server running software version 8.4 or newer. If your Allworx server is running older pre-8.4 software or is running in a network environment that does not support push notifications, Reach will suggest that you use Allworx Classic Reach 4.2 instead.

## Allworx Reach 5 Reviews in United States

### *---- "No support, fail rate 4 in 5"
This app works about 20%, dropped calls or connection issues or Bluetooth connectivity all high failures.

I have sent out an email about 10 times requesting assistance with this app to make sure correct settings or technical support of the products fail rate is so high. Nothing. Have used the app for over 2yrs.

The 1 in 5 it does work as intended shows the potential to be a great product.

### *---- "Can't even give it 1 star"
Developers please read. The connection when talking through headphones sound like your underwater.
-- ajl1009, 2023-07-17

### **--- "Bluetooth"
Been using the app for years and generally satisfied. I use version 5.2.5.4 and it will not connect to any Bluetooth device. Handset and speaker are fine but cannot connect to any Bluetooth device. Extremely frustrating.
-- Tino376E, 2023-04-19

### **--- "More like a pager"
As other reviewers have said it rings but when you answer you can't hear the caller. On the off chance you can hear the other caller, it drops calls consistently. I use it like a pager. At least it tells me who's calling so I can call them back on a real phone.
-- Mick@nite, 2023-03-16

### *---- "NeverWorx"
This app will bring nothing but frustration. On the off chance that you can get the call to connect, the audio is of such poor quality that it is useless.
-- user58437, 2023-02-10

### *---- "Deeply flawed"
We purchased the Allworx platform in late 2021 and have liked the desk phones and the on premise VoIP system but this app does not provide the basic functionality of clear, usable audio. All of my users have complained of static, dropped audio, clicks and pops; etc. this happens whether on WiFi or cell with or without a Bluetooth headset. Most of the users have great internet and good WiFi at home (300mbs+) and still have issues hearing and talking. We don’t care about features and layout, we need to use the phone to take and make calls. Allworx needs to get audio to work properly and it should be their singular focus.
-- Farmsm, 2023-02-01

### *---- "Awful"
I support Allworx internally for my company. The Allworx phone system is quite nice. However, the Reach app is abysmal. So much so that we’re now considering abandoning Allworx altogether to allow our remote workforce to function properly. The issues with the Reach app are absolutely unacceptable.
-- Kings&Queens&Guillotines, 2023-01-24

### *---- "Years long bugs persist."
App updates still delete ⭐️’d contacts.

Audio frequently doesn’t pass even when configured properly.
-- Bee-Ten, 2022-12-22

### **--- "Awful"
Calls drop, lines connect but no audio, and receiving voicemails a day or more after they were left. Not a reliable way to conduct business.
-- Spots0824, 2022-12-15

### *---- "Worse than useless"
If you can’t answer a business call then what is the point?
-- Andergl, 2022-12-12
