## Ally Home Care Reviews in United States

### ***-- "HHA/CNA"
Very good
-- SpicalK, 2025-06-24

### *---- "Useless"
I’m constantly notifying my boss of my clock in/out times. While using the app, it consistently glitches. Repeats same screens within a single use, tells me I’m not synced with my previous shifts, etc. Very frustrating.
-- BirdDog14, 2025-06-24

### ***** "Good App and Awesome customer service team !"
The app works really good for me clocking in and out and even when I miss punches. I’ve had a problem twice but each time the customer service team handled things really well and fast .
-- NeneM03, 2025-06-23

### *---- "Bugs a lot"
This app keep on bugging
-- supworldimarvin, 2024-11-09

### *---- "Ally"
Just awful, buffering, won’t load, think you’re checked in but you’re not. NOT at all “user friendly” .
-- Jizzy Jane, 2024-10-11

### *---- "Absolutely the worst"
They never seem to get my hours worked correct every week I have to contact them about my hours it’s crazy. If your company uses this app pay attention to your time and money because I guarantee it will be wrong.
-- CrazySexiiCoo, 2024-08-28

### *---- "dont get this app"
this app is a no no i get my pay stub here i dont get it on time its always delayed in ahort i dont get payed on time
-- @busharky22, 2024-08-14

### *---- "Worse app ever"
I can’t believe this app. It never ceases to amaze me how terrible it is. I have used it for three or four years because that’s what the company uses. And I don’t think it’s worked even once without some glitch.
-- binoeyes, 2024-04-18

### ***** "Frustrating"
The app is more than a nightmare. Sometimes I’ll clock it and the app will definitely show me as clocked out and after awhile when I check it shows I haven’t clocked out. It keep messing my paystub
-- Jamtaan, 2024-04-18

### *---- "Worst App Ever"
This app is absolutely ridiculously. Continually logs me out. Sometimes I have to sign out and back in, just to get it to work.
