I can login to the app as the 2 step authentication isn’t working. I am receiving the code, but the app isn’t proving the page to enter it. I am stuck in a loop. Tried deleting and reloading the app..no luck.

The code they send doesn’t work ever. This app is no good.

As you would expect, once account is set up app directs you to log in. On log in page, however, no keyboard comes up that would allow you to type in the username and password. I have encountered this same type of glitch using multiple devices (iPhone and laptop), on both the app and the Allianz website. Need the engineers to please troubleshoot this annoying (time consuming) issue.

I would really like to use this app, especially for an upcoming trip. Several days ago I tried to set it up and a confirmation code was to be sent to my email.. I never received one and I hit the button to send again. I then received a pop-up stating “ oops something went wrong”. I deleted the app. Today I started the process all over again. No success. Same exact problem. Clearly I’m not going to be using this app and that’s unfortunate because it looks like it has a very good rating and I can’t even get access to use it.

Get nothing but login error message!

Even though I know my user name and password, and am able to login on the web. This app always says “Login Failure.” Even reset the password using the app. Responded as “successful” but gives failure when trying to log in. Wouldn’t trust this app while traveling.

The app will not display a keyboard, no way to accept keyboard input, cannot log in successfully after doing copy-paste. Bleahhh!

Unable to login with my account name and password as stated in the website and by customer service. Tried to create an app account and it says I’m already a member. Been like this for months and customer service says they can’t fix and check again in a week. Customer says not there problem and cannot give me a number to a person who’s problem it is 😡

UPDATE: After an update of the APP I was able to log in successfully. Apparently there were bug issues that needed fixing. I am still docking one star because I tried to contact the company multiple times about this not working and they failed to respond. Unable to log into account or reset password. Will not let me try to create a new account either. All attempts to log into account have failed. No response from customer service. Very frustrated that I can’t use the APP with my vacation coming up.

Delta automatically asks if you would like to protect your trip during ticket purchase. I purchased it. My flight back home was 7/23/24, first flight I could get back home was 7/25/24. Talked with allyz rep, they were going to email 23 page document with claim form on page 3, never arrived. Downloaded their app to do a claim online. Want all expense receipts sent, oh and has the airline compensated you? Yeah 10,000 miles on account. Sent two emails from app over five day period, no one has responded. Will never waste money on this again.
