## Alouette Taxi Reviews in Canada

### *---- "The worst."
THIS is why we want Uber or Lyft. The supply doesn’t even come close to meeting the demand, the operators are the rudest people and the drivers give you a minute tops to get outside before driving away. An hour + wait times on weekends? What a joke.
-- jqnelckenenf, 2019-12-14

### *---- "Worst ever,"
Can you put negative stars on the reviews? Would be more helpful

### *---- "Awful"
This is the worst taxi company. The app is yeah. I desperately hope Uber puts them and Sohan out of business. When Alouette gets busy they literally disconnect their phones.
-- Thermobulk, 2018-12-26

### *---- "This company is not good"
This and every other taxi company is terrible. I cannot believe Uber is not here. The fact we have to wait over an hour for a safe ride home is pathetic.
-- 2ndBestHVACtech, 2018-11-18

### *---- "Awful"
Waited 45 minutes for a cab for him to finally get to my house and not even give me enough time to tie my shoes before leaving. Had to wait another 45 minutes. This company is a joke.

### *---- "Awful company"
Awful service and awful company. Can’t wait for UBER to put all the cabs out of business.
-- gunn778, 2018-10-28

### *---- "UBER!!!"
UBER.. the best transportation service available!!! Get rid of disgusting smelling taxis with drivers with major attitude problems! Crtrl atl delete

### ***-- "It worked. Kinda"
So I can’t give this a 1 star review since when it worked it got me out of a bind.

Problem is if you use a commercial business as the pick up. In my case the taxi called and left a voicemail (my phone never rang) and the cab left a message saying I never gave a unit # for the location so he just bailed on me.

When I chose a street corner to be picked up at though it worked like a charm gotta admit. Despite not being able to call the call center I was able to secure a cab.

TLDR; don’t select a commercial place with a unit # for pick up. Choose a cross street.

### *---- "Need to fix problem with booking"
I can only book one cab then I have to delete it and re add the app to book another..
-- chris6556, 2018-08-13

### **--- "TRASH"
honestly it’s a good idea. But I’ve been trying to book a cab for 3 hours and every time I open your app it says ‘BOOKED’. So I can’t even book a cab. Figure it out please I would like to go home.
