## Alpha Bank CY Reviews in Cyprus

### *---- "Unhappy Client"
very poor client services, takes money every month for receiving salary. Even after complaining about it, asked to be contacted by branch multiple times, I am still waiting for their call. Sad and bad experience in general.
-- tortell87, 2026-06-05

### *---- "Barely works"
OTP is not coming upon login. Overall, this banking app is quite ugly with a lot of UX/UI issues. Guys, take Revolut app and make the same….
-- Misha_ko, 2026-03-06

### *---- "Application is very poor and slow"
The bank should really see their competitors and understand how to create an app that is up to the standards of this decade!!!
-- takoullos, 2024-10-10

### *---- "Does not connect accounts!!!!!"
A bank app that does not connect to your accounts!
-- SPC-1234, 2024-09-13

### ***** "EASISTEST BANK APP TO USE"
Great update Alpha Bank! 👏 so easy to use
-- Photinichr, 2024-09-04

### *---- "System not available"
Every day the system becomes unavailable and payments fail.
-- KarlushaVenezi, 2024-08-17

### *---- "Εφαρμογή"
Μπορει να ειναι και η χειρότερη εφαρμογή,κριμα
-- anpa791, 2024-06-05

### *---- "Failure"
Fix it. The new update destroyed it.
-- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(, 2023-07-28

### *---- "Borderline intolerable."
I've always hated using this app but had to for my work's salary, yet this new redesign makes it nearly fking unusable. I can't even do the most basic thing and draw money for my Revolut! Constant bugs and errors, no English language option (like, come on!) and if there is, it's buried under some dumb menu. Greek people truly are the masters of spaghetti code.
-- alpha.dank, 2023-07-17

### ***** "New Alpha 360 Mobile App"
I love this new App!! It has a nice design that is easy to use and navigate. The new app is fast, secure and reliable. It’s let me manage my accounts, transfer money, pay bills with a few taps.
-- Luckyluke91., 2023-07-12

### *---- "App not working on my iphone!"
I have downloaded this app on my iphone12 but it cannot be used because “they detected that my device is rooted/jailbroken”!
As a result i cannot do any online payments!!

I have told the bank 6 months ago and no one cared to fix this!

Very very disappointing.
-- Eleniiphone12, 2023-03-28

### *---- "AKR"
It needs A LOT of improvement. Not user friendly at all. The Push notification never came through. For the choice of other methodS, there is only 1 other method; it took me ages to find out how to scan the QR code. Then it needs another OTP authentification. Too many unneeded steps. Outdated in all aspects. Shame! I hope I wont be needing to use it again any time soon.
-- AKR0101, 2022-07-30

### *---- "Worst Application ever"
Always login problems
-- italian2022, 2022-07-18

### *---- "Γιατί την ασφάλεια την κάνατε την επιστήμη έλεος"
Γιατί την ασφάλεια την κάνατε επιστήμη έλεος
-- Arislook, 2022-05-16

### **--- "Looks and feels outdated"
I appreciate the effort but it looks and feels outdated compared to other banks of Cyprus. Alpha Bank GR on the other hand has a very updated banking app and now supports Apple Pay.
-- NazirisK, 2019-06-26

### ***** "Very smart"
I like it
-- Costas911, 2018-10-29

### *---- "Δεν ανοίγει."
Απο συμβατή συσκευή iOS αλλά η εφαρμογή κλείνει μόλις πατάς ενεργοποίηση...
