Update 6/01/24: Still very satisfied, I like the new interface and rewards. I would like to see the custom exercises in the gym profile to select always enabled/disabled. Previous review: So far I like it a lot and totally recommend it! I have also spoken about it to my friends. What I really like is how easy it is to create a program. I like advanced programs as I have been training for years and find features like RIR tracking, periodization and deload very useful. Focus and neglect muscle groups is super interesting for creating target plans as I progress through my macrocycle with multiple plans. There is nothing I don’t like! I have some suggestions though: I would like to be able to choose the rep range of the workout plan myself. For mass sometimes it is ok for me to go from 6 to 15, but other times I’d like more 8-20 or even 8-30. It would be great if I didn’t have to change it on the single exercises once the plan is already created but already before and automatically set for those exercises that benefit from high vs low reps. Another thing I would like to input in the plan creator is the volume of the plan. I like to do a recovery plan once or twice a year at minimum or maintenance volume 6-8 set per week per muscle group, 5-8 reps on fundamentals only and no isolation exercises. Another plan that I like to do is with intensity techniques at high volume. So I’d like to input high volume, 8-30 reps, 30-50% of exercises should be intensity techniques, of which i would also like to choose other than dropsets. So it would be great to also select clusters, myoreps, myoreps match, giant sets. Also please make the sound at the end of rest timer LOUDER! You can’t hear it at all in the gym! It’s a pity it makes this otherwise helpful function useless

Ich habe mittlerweile viele Apps getestet, aber bin einfach von dieser am meisten überzeugt, weil ich in der Pro-Version auch angespornt werde, die Gewichte zu erhöhen. Danke für die ständige Weiterentwicklung :))

Die App ist einfach genial! Das tracken des Trainings war noch nie so einfach und die meisten Funktion sind auch schon kostenlos nutzbar. Weiter so!
Best app ever!
Die App gibt’s leider nur im Abo. Sowohl monatlich als auf jährlich zu teuer. Es gibt keine Option einmalig zu bezahlen. Daher für mich keine Option.
