Used to be a great app

This app used to be fantastic, the option to spend coins or wait and hour (or half if I you watched an ad) but with the recent changes I have barely been using it. Having to watch 3 ads to unlock a chapter (which are so tedious and too long!) or forced to use coins. I only would have purchased coins to finish the books I had on the go, and finding new ones each time I went on the app, but now I’m reluctant to even start reading them or continue them - which is a shame because there are some amazing books there. Feel bad for the authors who may now lose Readers due to this change Hoping they change it back!

Happy with the app but lots of charges, need to reduce it so people can read more . Other than that love the books in the app. Thank you xx

Another update. I’m so glad the app has been put back the way it was. I do love the wide range of books. I’m slowly unlocking the books. One of the problems is the price of the books it can be anything from 7- 50+ coins a chapter this means the books are extremely expensive. £20-30 minimum. That’s per book if your lucky. The world renowned writers don’t charge that amount for world class books.

Don’t bother!

Love this app for a few days. Really got into one of the books and could see there were 107 chapters. Used coins and paid £9.99 to buy some to get to the end of the book as it said I needed coins for the final few chapters for it not to even be the ending of the book and for it to tell me ‘more chapters released daily’ so it wasn’t even the end of the book!!! Frustrating app should be able to read the whole thing!

Used to be better

When I first used this app they renewed access to a new chapter of all the books you were reading once an hour and had plenty of opportunity to earn free coins to let you “pay” for a new chapter without waiting. It gave readers the chance to dip in and out of books and if you were really enjoying one you knew where to spend your money (as in paid for coins) the new system is rubbish it so as based and the paid for coin packages are rubbish. As a consequence I don’t buy coins anymore and don’t use the app anywhere near as much as I used to.

I get a few chapters in then realise it’s going to cost an absolute fortune to read the whole book. Some of these books are brilliant too. I worked it out and it could end up costing £50 - £80.

The changes are NOT for the better

I initially liked the app when I first downloaded it, didn’t mind occasionally buying coins to open a chapter or two (when down to the last 20 chapters of a book and was low on bonus coins), didn’t even mind waiting an hour for the next chapter to unlock. I though it was brill when an update allowed you to half the waiting time as it was just one advert…..however the latest update is slowly draining my enjoyment, you now have to watch 3! adverts (so some tedious it’s enough to make you want to scream) to unlock a chapter, even then you can only unlock so many chapters in a day (5) before you HAVE no CHOICE but to spend coins! You don’t even have the option of waiting an hour to unlock anymore. Some chapters are relatively cheap - the first few after the free ones. But then the prices skyrocket (30+ coins for 6-8 pages, really?) I’m an avid reading (as long as the storyline is strong I’m willing to give the book a go) but im struggling to find a reason to keep this app at present! Even more so when some of the book appear on other apps that allow you to wait to unlock the chapters…..Shame the developers have changed something that at least gave people the option to spend their own money, now it gives them little choice if you want to read for longer than the 5 chapters available by watching 15 adverts!

Free chaptor every hr

Mine i could jmlock a new chapter every hr or half the time, since updating the app they have got rid of it and i now have to watch 3 ads to unlock, the only reason i have now took a star off because i would much rather wait an hour and go read another book then sit through adverts
