-Rest. Recovery is the foundation for improvement. We customize protocols for sleep hygiene, stress inoculation, and down-regulation to help nurture each client into activating their parasympathetic system and controlling their natural recovery system.
-Exercise. We address physical limitations within our energetic pathways (Strength, Capacity, and Endurance), we teach clients how to use movement to acquire the behavior traits and desirable attributes that are exhibited by world-class athletes and performers. We provide custom 1:1 instruction with world-class coaches to enhance mobility and reduce the risk of injury. Our training programs promote longevity, peak physical condition, but also, a higher quality of life.
-Supplementation. We have a detailed approach to using nutraceuticals. A nutrient dense diet and a range of technologically advanced supplements that aid in the repair and up-regulation of your body’s natural performance. We use the latest in diagnostics to understand what supplements can accurately and efficiently change specific metrics correlated to feeling your best. You will know you are better because we have data points to prove it.
