Never in sync
The video and audio are never in sync. It is so annoying. I came back to the App Store hoping for an update or something but no. Please fix this issue!

Altafiber takes over and breaks everything. Useless.
I’ve tried to use this app to watch my Altafiber channels dozens of times for the past 2 years. It has worked exactly one time - every other time it either cannot connect to the server, or once I’m connected it won’t play any streams. Every other cable tv provider’s app seems to work fine. After 2 years of bad reviews and a broken app, why won’t Altafiber fix it?
Doesn’t work
When clicking the WATCH button on the Guide page, no channels launch. This is about the 10th time I’ve tried in the past two months.
At least with direct tv I could use the app Anywhere. This app only works at your home WiFi unit. If it works that is. Hopefully when you get Bought out they spend some money in research and development and learning how to grow your infrastructure.

Get an error message and says to call. Won’t take my correct email and password. Have tried many times
JUST SWITCH NOW. This app is absolutely horrible? Doesn’t matter how many times you delete and remove and reinstall the app, it never works. Don’t waste your time and just switch to Spectrum or other streaming services. Alta fiber will soon go out of business because it is one of the worst functioning companies & app. One would think with paying a high premium for cable and being able to have an app that allows you to stream it on your devices, you would make sure the app would actually work and function well. Poor development, poor developers, poor management overall. My recommendation is for everyone to cancel her subscription with altafiber and move to either spectrum or another streaming service. And Altafiber…FIX IT!!! AND MAKE SURE IT WORKS ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! Did I mention how horrible this app is already.
It won’t let me watch anything. I hit the watch button and nothing happens. Very disappointed.
