I book a class and then still get notifications I'm on the waitlist. Then other times I clicked Book, the button turns black and says Booked and I come back and I'm still on waiting list. The waiting list process doesn't go in order of when you got added to the waitlist. -- did ffh, 2024-05-02 ### ***-- "Love the gym but the app needs work!" When I first started using the app it worked ok but now every single time I open it, I have to re-enter the login info. Even if I just logged in and then a text pops up then toggle back. It also lags a lot! When I am searching or signing up for a class it is always delayed and it’s not a signal issue on my end. Nothing works smoothly for me. None of my friends have to re-login so I’ve checked if my version needs to be updated, deleted and re-installed and still haven’t found a solution. I may as well just login to the website through my browser because at least then it will remember my login information instead of me having to manually type it in each and every single time. -- GDCee, 2024-03-06 ### ***-- "Nice App But Needs work" This app sorely needs the ability to show your previous workout setup at each station. In other words, when I scan in at a station, it should show me the weight and reps from my last workout at that station. I’d rather not have to sift through data from previous days just to find out where I left off. Also, it seems to timeout every single time I close out a workout session. The fix is to close the app, reopen it, and then close the session. Very annoying. -- Pxlpshr45, 2023-03-11 ### ***** "Hybrid Class" I so love it it’s very peaceful and fun and very relaxing the movement s are really neat . You feel very at peace after class . The instructor is very helpful very thankful for this class . -- Uniquefun, 2023-03-04 ### ***** "Love This Facility" This has become my happy place! Love the classes, cleanliness and just everything about this place ❤️ -- Hartam1, 2023-03-03 ### ***-- "Please fix the waitlist function" Most other gym’s app has waitlist function just auto adds you into the class as spots opens up ahead of you. It is so annoying to enter the waitlist and then the spot just goes to whoever happens to be on their phone and clicks the notification the fastest (?!?). What kind of person has the time to be on their phone all day long. -- Maomon, 2022-11-18 ### **--- "Awful waitlist function" The only reason I have the app is because I go to the gym. The UX is bad, the worst feature being the class waiting list. If you are on the waitlist, if a spot opens up, instead of auto registering the next person in line, you get a notification and have to quickly open the app the take the spot. It’s so irritating that I don’t do classes. Imagine joining a waitlist for a class and then every few hours getting a notification there’s a spot. Except when you open the app the spot is gone. Repeat this 5x a day. -- TorontoUser1234, 2022-06-30 ### *---- "Unable to create a user account" I’ve tried to create an account. However, when it’s time to complete the process in the privacy settings, after giving consent twice, an error pops up saying, “invalid text length (maximum 15 characters). Please fix this. -- All man, 2022-06-17 ### ***-- "Nice app.. but…." I have notice booking classes is nice where you are on the waiting list for a class and even though you booked later or early that you have the same chance of getting in the class as others, fantastic. But an annoying thing is if the class goes down to below the size of class, you are no longer on a waiting list, just interested in the class. And once that happens, I cannot come off the waiting list. On top of that, I joined the class so I could cancel the class only to find that I cannot cancel a class that is less than an hour away. -- garys2020, 2022-05-24 ### *---- "They will keep charging you" They will keep charging you -- ttttcnd, 2022-04-02 [View all Altea Active Classic reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Altea Active Classic - [Mywellness](https://apptail.io/app/mywellness-Qrc/canada) - [ClassPass: Fitness, Spa, Salon](https://apptail.io/app/classpass-fitness-spa-salon-czf/canada) - [Technogym - fitness e training](https://apptail.io/app/technogym-fitness-e-training-QCg/canada) - [AFLETE](https://apptail.io/app/aflete-RXj/canada) - [SHREDDY](https://apptail.io/app/shreddy-Cat/canada) - [WeGLOW: Home Workout for Women](https://apptail.io/app/weglow-home-workout-for-women-wbx/canada) - [Motra AI Workout Fitness Coach](https://apptail.io/app/motra-ai-workout-fitness-coach-sOx/canada) - [Runna: Running Plans & Coach](https://apptail.io/app/runna-running-plans-coach-HSA/canada) - [Barrys International](https://apptail.io/app/barrys-international-soG/canada) - [Brofit - Workout Planner & Log](https://apptail.io/app/brofit-workout-planner-log-Ozfb/canada) ## Altea Active Classic Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/canada) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/united-states) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/brazil) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/australia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/germany) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/new-zealand) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/ireland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/japan) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/malaysia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/norway) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/peru) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/poland) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/singapore) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/uzbekistan) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/argentina) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/south-africa) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/switzerland) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/dominican-republic) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/spain) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/altea-active-classic-iOfc/greece) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
