I canceled subscription on the application and they kept deducting from my credit card for 1 week. Plus they aren't even offering a professional service. A doctor called me to listen for the case and I asked about his specialization he told me he is a general doctor and that he will listen to the case and let someone specialized take my case and call me, but nobody called back. There is no protocol or anything that they follow, the doctor didn't even discuss the case with me!
