## Altice Amplify Reviews in United States

### *---- "Very Disappointing app."
I cannot open help and settings content. Therefore cannot control features of the device. No help or support even tips. The app just serves to connect your device to your network and volume control only. Thats it nothing more. Very disappointing
-- sdhushsb, 2025-06-26

### *---- "Worthless app"
Got it all set up, Alexa works but refuses to play music off of anything and Bluetooth doesn’t work.. so I’ve got a $400 echo that’s pretty much useless 🤬🤬🤬
-- Tepidus101, 2024-06-13

### **--- "App won’t re download"
This app used to be good now i had to uninstall it and now it doesn’t have the option to download it again it just say open and the app is uninstalled please fix the issue
-- thekidpr, 2022-02-05

### *---- "Piece of s$&@"
I purchased several of these speakers and was only able to connect two of them. I purchase another one for my parents and haven’t been able to connect it. I basically wasted my money on all of these speakers.
-- Tamar is no joke, 2021-09-26

### **--- "Won’t connect"
There is a major problem with this app finding and connecting to speaker
-- jaw471, 2021-05-08

### *---- "Terrible customer service and it doesn’t work"
I can’t even use the speaker to connect to my fire to that has Alexa built In and I am an optimum customer and I have the altice one so I don’t know what the problem is, and nobody knows cause I called support and they don’t know. This is so disappointing somebody needs to fix this, or you guys need to hire a better customer service team because no one is addressing any of these issues.

This is the first review I ever wrote on anything, it’s that bad.
-- bellabooox3, 2021-03-16

### *---- "Was great easy setup"
After 2 days stop working and the app won’t connext my phone to Altice internet and all the technical support line it sends u too is terrible spent 2 hours got no where telling me my TV was the problem
-- Batista 619, 2021-03-05

### *---- "No need for an app"
I can control the volume just fine with the buttons on my phone or by telling Alexa. I don’t see the need for the app other than setup, which is a whole other review. Great speaker sound though
-- WreckedUm41, 2021-01-17

### **--- "Waste"
Speaker does not connect to Alexa even though I follow the prompts. I’m signed in to Alexa and everything. When I look in my Alexa app it just shows this speaker as offline. As of right now, this is literally just a Bluetooth speaker, which I did not need seeing as I already have multiple. Plus side the sound is good.
