Description
The Altimeter+ altimeter calculates the altitude of your current location via a GPS, Aster or barometer measurement (for iPhone 6 and later). In addition to this, the app also provides an average calculation of GPS and ASTER altitude data as well as an integral map which shows peaks, a compass and a distance grid.

Complication
Just downloaded - great so far! Question - it shows a complication available in the watch app however I cannot find it in the list when customizing a face. Can a complication for this app be shown? Edit - complications can be added to older watch faces. Would be great if the app was updated to have the complications work with the new faces. Edit 2 - currently the calibrate barometer function only works with the GPS. You can not manually enter a number - the keyboard does not appear.

This app has never failed me and works outside of network coverage areas. Extremely accurate too.
It works again on Apple Watch
Thanks to the developer, it works again. Looks good too. There is something wrong with the App Store I cannot access the prior review for an edit...
Will not be supported in next os
Just purchased this app, wanting to use it for hiking, first time i start it on my watch, I get the message that it will not work with the next OS, which comes out in 3 days. Such a waste of money. I immediately regret this purchase. I guess that’s why it “on sale”.

Doesn't work alone with Apple Watch
I was looking for an application that could measure altitude without my iPhone present. This app looks great but falls short on delivery.

I worked well until the last iOS update to my iPod touch. It no longer works.
