## Aluratek Frametime Reviews in United States

### *---- "Junk"
This thing bricked on me after 5 months. I loved it up until it completely quit working. It wasn’t dropped. It didn’t get wet. It just quit working.
-- Bugsy 1961, 2026-05-14

### **--- "Ok"
This is an ok digital frame. My main complaint is that I don’t have access to all photos. My daughter-in-law uploads pics for me also. But I cannot see those in the app or remove any she has added.
Plus it continually says that the frame is off-line when she goes to add pics. We have to unplug frame & plug in again & it will show up then.
-- JoSam22, 2025-09-12

### *---- "Frustrating!!!!!"
I cannot tell you just how extremely frustrating this app is proving to be! You cannot add photos to the frame through it after the initial set up. My children CAN NOT send any photos to my frame. WHAT?!?! FALSE ADVERTISING! We have done everything we can find to do to figure this STUPID, irritating piece of junk out, to no avail. It is hopeless. What a rip off. Before you throw away the box-TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE!
-- VSFrustration, 2025-03-12

### *---- "Don’t buy it"
Two frames and two duds. This product shouldn’t be on the market. Poor customer service. Ended up trashing the second one (warranty replacement). Both frames gave me the “blue screen of death” and would not boot up. $150 wasted.
-- GopherHole126, 2025-02-28

### *---- "Uploading photos"
I just bought a digital photo frame. I was informed in the manual to download this app. THIS APP IS HORRIBLE. Every time I try to scroll through my photos on my phone to upload, it kicks me off WHY??! It’s making me very mad and it’s frustrating.
-- MLS2012(4$&5@3, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Don’t Buy!"

### *---- "v1.1.3 is broken"
photo upload broken. check file compatibility for .heic apple live photos please
-- marcchap, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Pointless"
What is the point of having a digital frame if I can’t up load more than 9 pictures I know my frame will hold more and there is no answers to why of how to add more this app is not recommended but it is the one I need for my frame 😖😖😖😖😤😤😤😡😡😡
-- Rlewis3931, 2024-06-16

### *---- "Terrible"
Takes forever to load pictures and they are BLURRY!
-- LoriH85, 2024-06-12

### *---- "Disappointed"
Cannot upload the photos
