App glitching
I have been using for over a year. Content is amazing. Tech team is pathetic. Recently it started glitching so bad that app is unusable. Please fix it or return the money

App crashes within a minute
It’s been probably more than 6 months and it’s still not fixed. Quality of content is good the you guys need to change the agency which developed this app. There’s probably a memory leak issue, beginner devs with no experience make such mistakes.
money is deducted despite cancelling the program
Rs 6900 has been deducted despite there is no active subscription. now even after multiple queries there is no reply even after 2 days
Audio constantly crashing
I’ve been an slicer for many years now but like one other reviewer mentioned the audio constantly crashes which made me delete the app. The content is great but totally useless if we don’t get to here the video. The soo has become slower and worse instead of better over months. Please fix this bug Alux !!

Too many times the app crashes .. can’t complete any audio clip as the app keeps crashing in the middle .. very irritating and this has made me stop using it whereas I used to listen to Alux every morning earlier
Good Content But Useless
The contents are so good and it’s too annoying when it won’t works. App keeps on crashing and not even able to complete 10 mins session.
I m a big fan of Alux for a long time but unfortunately single star for app
I can’t able to use the app for more then few months just because the app is getting crashed every time I open. I raised the complaint but no result yet. I wish the problem is going to solve soon and I can use
