Can’t connect devices
Really enjoyed using this app and seeing my points stack up - nothing quite as motivating as a rewards marketplace! Unfortunately, my Apple HealthKit no longer syncs despite uninstalling/reinstalling/refreshing/toggling access on and off. I still like the features of the app but wish I could figure out how to get my stuff to sync again!

How is it possible to continually make this app worse. It is basically useless now. Where are the so called bug fixes?
Update error…. ALWAYS
Every time you guys do an update there is always a problem. Haven’t been able update activity in 3 days.
Health Data
As of Thursday 5/16 data from the Apple Health app is not transferring anymore. Please address

Can’t even get past the login stage
Still doesn’t update from Apple Health
This app still doesn’t import steps from Apple health. You can go through the manual process in the FAQ and tell it to get your last 6 months of data but it still doesn’t show up. Infuriating that we have to use this to get wellness dollars. Best plan to delete it and reinstall it at the end of every quarter.
No support can’t log in
I emailed support a week ago with no reply. There are no directions on how to log in to this app. When I register it says not found and makes you call. I don’t want to call and deal with this when the easy solution is to have instructions on how to get through this process. This app is awful
Come On! Disappointed
I absolutely love the concept. But it’s not updating as it should. My activity does not update. I enjoy using the app because it keeps you motivated and I love earning the points due to the nice items you can receive. I’m constantly refreshing, deleting the app and adding it back. I am active everyday and it literally has days missing, even weeks and also it would be short on steps. I am in the gym 5 days a week my points are never received until I go to the gym, request for my attendance to submit to your company to get my points. The process is annoying. I pay my fee on time every month. I really would love for this to be looked into. Thanks!
Great app, when it works
Repeatedly prompts for login credentials, or splash screen just spins and spins and refuses to load. Not dependable at all.
