I wonder why the programmers think that having the program constantly change the location to something other than the account location is a good idea. When checking on available offers and gift cards, you will need to select the area over and over and over and over…

This is one of the most frustrating apps out there. Navigating to get anywhere is just horrible. It is badly designed with keyboard not matching the form requirements for input, e.g. a numeric keypad displayed for fields requiring special characters, ie a “-“ (dash) separating numbers for a drivers-license etc. with the form rejecting the number if no dash is included. Obviously testing or QA does not exist. Additionally, logging into the app does not authenticate you for links / functions on the website. Be prepared to login multiple times to get anything done. It is unclear if you ever get logged out of these web sessions once you go back to the app, or when you logoff the app itself. I’m dumping this and using the web directly from now on.

Gary was great explained the issue and was helpful in deciding on how to fix it. No high pressure sales, just honest advice!

Nothing compares

App is great except for when getting roadside assistance. Try to fill in a description of where you broke down or need assistance. The app took my driver 15km away from where I needed assistance and he had to call to try and find me.
