- Your credentials registered with us (business registration number, your NRIC & mobile number)
- AmBank business account (Current or Current Account-i)
- AmAccess Biz user ID, password and memorable information (you can create these in the app)

Our deliberate and intent security is what we care of to ensure that you are always banking safely with the AmAccess Biz app. We use the latest online security measures to protect your personal information and your privacy. This includes preventing connections that we think have been tempered with.
EASY ACCOUNT ACCESS
You’re in control on your account. The AmAccess Biz app allows you to view and manage your recent transactions and check your company’s intraday account balances with a few taps at your convenience. The app is optimised for your mobile, so you can see more of your transactions.
CASH FLOW REIMAGINED
The AmAccess Biz app’s cash flow chart functionality is designed specially to make your company’s financial analysis more interactive and meaningful. See your business’ monthly, quarterly and yearly balances at a glance with just a few flicks from your fingertips.

VERY SLOWWWW SERVICES ON IOS DEVICES
Please fix!!!! Almost the time need to flight mode, what type of application???? Shame on u AMBANK!!!
Most lousy bank app I ever used
Always very slow while loading, I just realise 2 years ago already got people complain, until now still never improved! Also cannot set to receive notification when receive money, every time need to log in to check account transaction, and the loading time so slow!!!! Always take me 5 minutes just to check 1 transaction! OMG!!!!!
Bad app programmed
Worst online banking app ever used Takes forever to load the app and keep crashing . 30m to make a transaction
Apps not loading Secret Word
The secret word is not loading. I'm not confident to log in the apps or to put in password because the secret word is not loading. Please fix this security issue. Happened to both my ipad & iphone
Push Notification
I can’t select YES in my Push notification setting after the update. Went to Ambank but problem not solve.
Couldn’t log in the apps
I have been trying 3 days to use the apps to log in my company account but still failed. Your website can be used but how do I approved the transaction since the apps couldn’t be opened? Please solve and maintain your apps availability
Your app is not working
When I want to transfer money, it notifies must change to push notifications. But I tried to change at the settings and it’s not working
Cannot approve transaction
Please update for ios 17 user, cannot approve transaction
