Contacting Amaysim after credit card expired was an arduous and painful process. Had to ask the same question 3x before for the same operator. Left on hold for 20 minutes in the middle of a conversation. Service needs to improve.

Amaysim was amazing for many years, however in the last year, I have had a lot of problems with my internet. I am disabled and require all my services on, especially when I’m out.

Also, before renewing this time around, there were two offers on the app. I tried to redeem the $9 offer (three months at $9 per month).
May I ask for an operator to call me to explain why I was unable to redeem this offer.

Yesterday I couldn’t get into my providers account to update my payment details. So I raced down to Woolworths to get a new sim and chose Amaysim, big mistake! After downloading the app I logged into my old account with Amaysim and started their authentication process 3 times and got to the point where the app said I’d been successful 3 times but it simply sent me back to restart the whole process again. I have no service to call amaysim 🙈When I do get it activated, I’ll be finding a new provider after the month I’ve already payed for. Extremely poor service means I’ll go elsewhere thank you. So I’ll say bye now

Been with amaysim for 3 years now. I’ve never once had a problem up until 3 months ago, now I can’t recharge. It keeps saying unable to recharge because of insufficient funds when there is funds available and all the details are entered correct, then it will go to say can’t recharge because I’ve reached my credit limit. In the 3 years I’ve been with amaysim I’ve never once had or heard of a credit limit. Ive sent around 20 emails in the three months and haven’t heard one thing back from amaysim at all! Absolutely disappointed in them. I think it’s best to change to another phone provider because they obviously don’t value their customers!!

and fantastic rewards yep that right Fantastic not many if any can say that!!and I just can’t express how much I highly recommend their pre paid service. Now our Son uses Amaysim too!! And we still check for better deals but Nudda! Can’t be beat. Thanks Amaysim you’re Amazing.

App is slow at times. I needed to restart plan. I was asked to varify details which I did. Payment page just kept buffering for 15 mins. I ended restarting process twice then it finally processed. This happens regularly with app. I really dislike using it.

I have been with amaysim for over 5 years.
Recently my plan expired and I couldn’t renew it on the app. I contact amaysim via phone.
The operator told me there was an error on my account and that he was removing the error and upgrading my plan and processing my payment. I was on hold for quite some time. 
When he came back on the line he informed me that he had to escalate it to another section as my account had been deactivated.
When I got an email back I was informed it was human error and then went on to say it was an “unforeseen circumstances” and that it would take 3-5 business days as they had to contact Optus to have it reactivated. 
I had recently changed to an eSIM and now am not getting text or calls through and can only use it for data as they have said I now have to get a physical sim and then convert it to an eSIM 
I don’t understand how any of this happened when the original issue was supposedly an error on my account.
Now I’m going to have to ring them again because it’s now not even connecting to mobile data.
Have replaced it from my iPhone to my iPad to see if the data will work on that as I can’t keep using the data on my other number as it’s using to much. If this problem is not rectified I will not be happy and will be finding another provider to go through
