以前、ライブチケット当選し入金したのにチケット表示されず。
当選や代金支払いの証拠画像等も含めて問い合わせしたが、返答がないままライブ時刻は終了となった。
ホテル代、交通費も当然無駄になったがその後も無視。

転売を疑われたのかもしれないが、それも含めて非常に腹が立つ。
満足に管理できないならこんなアプリなんか作らずに、ちゃんとしたチケットサイトなどに素直に任せるべき。
