Amazing Flash Cards

A great app. Simple and does what I want. It would be to be able to hover over the word so that my iPad can speak it out loud. This is especially useful for Chinese as the tones are tricky and it’s useful for me to get my ipad to read sentences and words out loud to me.

Disappointed I didn’t know before I paid that I cannot transfer my flash cards to my work phone from my iPad (which I don’t carry around 24/7), something I was lead to believe I could do from some quick glances in settings. Who has both devices always under the same ID. Rather defeated the object of paying really, feel a fool. Filling out flash cards on a phone is not the easiest thing to do, much easier from a larger keyboard with greater functionality. Shall be arranging Apple refund as I clearly got it wrong. Otherwise a tidy app.

this app is amazing all the other ones only gave u 20 flashcards before u had to pay which is stupid but this one is free and unimited its amazing. With this app i got 22\25 on a science exam. Also i think i mightve left a bad review for thiss app acidentally because it was suppposed to be for another app but i mixed it up so i apologse, please ignore that one!!!

Overall it’s a very good app and I’ve been using it for a few years but at times, I have accidentally deleted flashcards with some taking long to make so I would suggest a ‘recently deleted’ feature so we can recover accidentally deleted flashcards. But fantastic app!

Everything you want in a flash card app. Easy to use. Simple. No need for an account. No random social network element. No adverts. Simple workflow and minimalist design. I wish every app was like this :)

This is exactly what I was looking for. I can highly recommend this app. Simple and does exactly what it says on the tin. Steer well clear of those other study card apps who wish to charge you extortionate, eye watering subscriptions. The price here is incredibly reasonable and has been money very well spent. No pesky adds, and no annoying AI telling you that you ‘might’ be interested in another person’s study cards with endless suggestions. The synchronisation between iPhone and iPad works perfectly. Just one small criticism which I hope the developers could address. Once a study card answer is revealed, the CORRECT and INCORRECT buttons are both blue. I’d personally prefer to see them coloured GREEN and RED respectively.

It’s a really simple to use app. Does exactly what you would expect a flash card app to do. You can sort cards into folders which is appreciated. Simple interface that’s easy to understand. You can put images on the cards which is nice. If I had one feature I’d like to see implemented is that when you are studying within a large deck there is no simple way of splitting it up into smaller groups to study. For example, I am learning German and have a deck of about 300 cards. Going through 300 cards at one time is not overly helpful, I would prefer to be able to select like 10 cards from the deck and those are the only ones that show up when you are studying (a bit like how you can select just the ones you’ve got wrong or the ones you haven’t studied yet). Like if you press a star button next to the card then it shows up for review or something. I know I could make smaller decks but I think that would get annoying.

After Quizlet updated their app making it so that you had to pay to study your sets (even if they were pre-existing) I was irritatated to say the least and for about a month have been in the market for a good, free flashcard app which is exactly what this is! Its amazing and with even more features that have previously been behind a pay wall on other apps (such as adding photos) as an A-Level student flashcards are vital for revision and I’m so pleased I found this app! Definitely reccomend
