Demande une fonction simple comme, ouvrir la radio sur une chaîne spécifique et… Alexa décide autrement! Demande de diminuer le volume… ça ne fonctionne pas! Donc juste à titre d’information… s’en conter les autres difficultés, un peut déçu sur la fonctionnalité de cette application ou appareil

It’s better than nothing

Very slow, could be much better, the more devices you have added, the worse and slower the app gets, I wish it had more user friendly interactions, and connected all the features into a “web” of smart things, it doesn’t seem so smart anymore.

Constant errors

I constantly get errors when using Alexa on my lg oled My lightbulb wouldn't connect anymore I didn't want to use an echo device in a different room in case she started yapping and it's night time, why do I need an echo in my room to reconnect my lightbulb? None of this is really smart more so just annoying, wish I bought a lightbulb with an RF controller instead

So flaky

Come on Amazon. It’s really poor, device and group management is poor. All manufacturer apps seem to better than Alexa. Really sucks. Just bought an Amazon basic bulb and it failed to setup several times. Sending back and won’t be buying anymore.

Not intuitive nor well designed

Not as easy to set up device routines as it should. As well adding devices to existing routines is nowhere as easy as it should be. Also setting up an amazon device and linking it in their app does not automatically set up the app in the amazon app….

Problem

So my Sonos are offline as per Alexa. They work fine with Sonos app. I disable skill and it does not help when it is reinstalled. Cannot get the Alexa voice to work. It won’t uninstall or let you do anything with it.

Constant crashing

Was good, now utter pants. Crashes consistently, disconnects from Echo devices and needs to be restarted too many times.
