Awful on iPhone. Buggy.
Been trying for 2 days to link a speak with the Alexa app. Something that was seamless 3/4 years ago, now the app is just in a constant loading screen. Ive moved to another which actually works

App is not great
The app has many glitches, pages won't load, buttons won't progress to the next page. It's quite infuriating and frustrating. You'd expect this quality from a start up developer, not Amazon. I've tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app. It's still a slow and glitchy app. Other than the app when it works it's great

My Alexa used to be great. Now she’s like a demon living in my home, sent to text me with ridiculous suggestions to tiny requests.

Review: It’s a handy app that is easy to use and navigate and is well designed. 3 star because it’s missing compatibility with loads of other good music apps. It also gives you access to customer service but the service it terrible you have a long wait time then you can’t speak about the product if you didn’t buy it from amazon so be aware that if you have bought your Alexa from someone other than Amazon your screwed ! 0star service from Amazon customer support

Totally not user friendly. Adding a device to a group is a nightmare.
