Ok i understamd its a smart thing, but its so complicated to use, complicated to conect to devices and to some apps, complicated to ask play my liked songs on spotify and etc. I realy miss some simplicity. All the time if i want something to do you realy need to be smart and to understand were to find some options, how to prepare this and that, how to channge, hard to conect in easy way to my frends and to my echo sound system . My wish for amazon Alexa to be more simple, to be more easy to use. But today its so complicated.

In September I purchased Amazon Echo 4gen; since I liked the features and quality, in October I purchased Echo Dot 3. I have paid Spotify account. Everything was going great until 16 October. When triggering morning routine Alexa said "I am having trouble playing from spotify, please try again". Same statement when I asked “Alexa, play Spotify. I've reset my echos, disabled and re-enabled Spotify skill, reinstalled apps, updated wifi setting etc. (everything what I could find via google). Nothing works. BTW, Spotify perfectly works via Alexa and Spotify Apps. I contacted help-desk, no solution until now. Seems Echos are the worst purchases I had until now.

Supports only own featured music services, still more than year no luck with Apple music. Terrible skills/plugins control, you need always repeat all sentence “Alexa ask myservice do command my parameters”, while it doesn’t get whats said you have to repeat always like a parrot. Could be context smart, until last command was executed. Could train it self to owners Top execute command list to understand more robust. Could provide interface to get feedback, what it did understood wrong or didn’t get at all. Could provide app way to execute skill with parameters. Could respond to simple “Alexa what’s your status” to provide feedback what it is doing. I could continue, but I should become S. Jobs of Alexa team to make it human usable. I am still believer in it, but sad life, today still faaar from good.
