Nie można połączyć ze spotify
Hej, mówiąc w skrócie uwielbiam Alexe, jest bardzo inteligentna, ma bardzo dużo fajnych opcji, ale w moim przypadku nie mogę się połączyć ze Spotify. Wiem też że dużo osób miało z tym problem. Próbowałam już wszystkiego i nadal nie mogę się połączyć. Już nawet nie chodzi o Spotify, próbowałam nawet połączyć się z Apple Music, co też się nie udało. Jak chce włączyć coś na Spotify i szukam dostępnego głośnika w Bluetooth, też mi się nie wyświetla. Mam nadzieje że usuniecie ten problem jeżeli nie, będę zmuszona do oddania Alexy z powrotem do sklepu. Możecie też napisać mi jakiś skuteczny sposób na połączenie ze Spotify. Pozdrawiam.
Definitely a negative review!
Amazon! You should be ashamed that with the resources at your disposal, you allow the release of such a dud! Who is managing this?! If you cannot properly implement device management, at least add the option to delete all devices in one operation (instead of each device separately), so it would be possible to re-add them from scratch. The app contains lots of unnecessary 'junk' elements and lacks basic functionalities related to device management and control. The home screen is a joke by an incompetent person :\

does not want to connect to a co working app responsible for switching on and off lights. says account does not exist , even though i’ve previously connected successfully in my old home. same situation happened with music few months ago, when it did not want to connect and link to spotify, only enabling prime music and i was almost forced to pay for prime music

When will you stop discriminating against the Polish country and when will the Polish language be available in the application? and will Alexa speak Polish by the end of this century?

Only problems
Skills disappearing not working. It is not very intuitive. There are betteer asistans on the market
