Crashes too much
The app crashes a lot it is not stable because I use Bluetooth and my Alexa won’t connect to the internet it is very slow and glitchy.

Red light will not go off no matter what I do!
The red light refuses to go off! I have tried switching in and off; taking plug out. Red light remains on!!! Help
