Terrible not one option to click on for change of Wi-Fi password settings looking around the app and still nothing

I bought a second hand echo gen 2 and cannot set it up, I’ve tried everything without success… I’m getting increasingly angry about this with no help from Amazon

I used my Alexa set up a while ago and everything was great, it all synced up and did what it was supposed to. After a few months of being unplugged for renovations I can’t get my studio or sub to play anything (yes I have tried all the recommended fixes) not only have I unplugged and recreated everything but when I do no music plays through the Alexa but through my Sonos speaker upstairs that I wasn’t even aware could connect. All in all I’m not impressed with how this has gone.

The app keeps going into driving mode even though I have not been in the car

Trying to move to the next song is horrendous, such a bad lag and you can’t even connect 2 Amazon echo’s together without using their horrendous app!

I really don’t like that my devices t randomly drop there internet connection and group connection also hate the advertisements you cheeky buggers if I have to endure advertisements the service should be free and more you want me to pay more fir the service I was already paying for no thanks I’m saving to switch to a different household set up with Google or Apple

Voice activation stopped working so now just a digital clock

I am trying to learn how to use this app and how it can make life easier with the “Echo” products I have, so, whilst I have given this a middle of the road score, I’m sure once I have mastered it, I will be a lot happier with it. The app has kind asked me at the wrong time my opinion on it.
