The Amazon Business app requires access to the following functions for the best experience:
•	Camera: Find products by scanning the cover or its barcode, or add pictures to product reviews.
•	Microphone: Access your microphone to use your voice to search and interact with your Assistant.
•	Location: Discover local offers and select addresses quickly.
•	Account: Share products with your colleagues through social networks.
•	Storage: Store your preferences so features can load and run faster on the device.

If your device supports TrueDepth technology, the app will use your device camera to detect your facial movements only while using certain features such as virtually try-on products like sunglasses. All information processed using this technology remains on your device and is not otherwise stored, processed or shared by Amazon.

My orders are often spoiled or less. There is no customer service to contact and report. And they are equally big liars, never generate ticket, just fake promises. And heights is today when i have not received any order and it declares ordered delivered!! No body is answerable…

Had ordered a number of items from Amazon Business assuming the service would be very professional and swift. However to our surprise, it is very troublesome. 
Some items got lost and never got delivered. We had to cancel
Some items came broken. We had placed a return and got through entire 10 days hassle of returning the same. Step wise denial of Amazon to take its own broken product back 
1. The issue is escalated to the relevant team. Please call after 3 days.
2. The product is non returnable. Sorry if it came broken. 
3. We accept the product is broken seeing through your images that we have checked but we can’t return. Sorry. Would you like to take a replacement (and that’s a forcible replacement because obviously it’s paid)
4. Sorry on this chat , we inform to you that we saw the X-ray and saw no damage . Doesn’t matter if you have the images.
5. Sorry, on this call we inform to you that the product images were taken before the delivery of the product. So what if the delivery person updated the delivery late? Your fault you ordered through Amazon . No return , no replacement.
6. Escalated to the last level, sorry can’t do anything. Whether the product is broken or not,  although the images prove. But because there’s a glitch , we won’t accept our fault. Kindly take the broken product.
Response - kindly send Amazon representative on record to check if the product in the image has an Amazon registered IMEI or not and how did the image come to me before your delivery was updated? And if your system failure is proved I stand in a position of compensation. 
Amazon- we will take the product back ! Sorry !!

Such a dreadful order process and return from your platform. Keeping the customer hanging giving 100 new excuses but not wanting to take your broken product back . Are your customer redressal ethics are these ?🙏🏻

### *---- "Irresponsible delivery and untrustworthy system"
50% of my orders canceled or returned without contacting me. ( Prime subscription) They canceled delivery after showing it out for delivery by21:53 as items rejected by you without asking me. ( easy accessible address) No way to call or discuss with any one only fixed answers we will look into it. Poor service and can’t depend upon them for important work. Not customer friendly and responsible. After a month I tried again to order and delivery guy canceled order at last minute by saying OTP not available without coming to deliver it 3 calls to CC didn’t helped It’s kind of scams they are running to use money for 5-8 days and return later Just thinking about if they are doing it with 10-20 k people every day for 1-2 k Rs huge amount they can utilise without interest Looks like scandal

Still after many complaints and providing info Amazon customer care is not taking action fraudent delivery cancellations by delivery Center people. 

Can’t depend on them for receiving on time.
