The app functionality is fine but the medical professionals are fantastic, kind, professional folks! I am treated very kindly, spoken to with respect, listened to as if I know my own body and can articulate symptoms and then given information and options to proceed with respect of my ability to make choices that best suit my life. I know these seem basic but that is unfortunately it the case in other places (telemedicine or in person healthcare is a crapshoot, especially for women these days) and it’s been nice to have an option that feels so refreshing in terms of kindness and respect along with competence. What should’ve been shut down earlier and what should not based on customer experiences. Amazon care is a good app and excellence execution of connecting patients and doctors.
