The app functionality is fine but the medical professionals are fantastic, kind, professional folks! I am treated very kindly, spoken to with respect, listened to as if I know my own body and can articulate symptoms and then given information and options to proceed with respect of my ability to make choices that best suit my life. I know these seem basic but that is unfortunately it the case in other places (telemedicine or in person healthcare is a crapshoot, especially for women these days) and it’s been nice to have an option that feels so refreshing in terms of kindness and respect along with competence. After never receiving the requested call back, and having to make multiple phone calls, with multiple transfers I was assured that my family had been added. Now that my wife is again employed with better benefits, when I went to remove my family from my health care coverage, I find that they were never covered in the first place. It sickens me to know that should something have happened to one of them, how burdened we would have been. I hope this feedback makes it to the right product owners to troubleshoot the issue (service was provided on 8/1/22): 1) in a case for Covid follow up, I was connected with a caring nurse. He was a pleasant individual, however I felt he was following up a workflow from Google to tell me what I should be doing? We spent 35mins to hear normal and I asked to speak with Physicians/MD. 2- loading and waiting to connect to physician, it took ~20mins and never connected and sudden drop! No one followed up with me afterward. No notes shared for connecting to physician for Covid positive case for a pregnant woman. 3- my toddler then got the symptom and I initiated a call with “pediatrician” few times.
