Buggy connection to device
Have to restart the app and/or the fire tv dongle multiple times to connect then it drops out on its own for no reason after a few hours. Constant work.
I was charged for the free app
I purchased the fire stick. Then scanned the code to download the app on my phone (which says it’s free on the tv screen), then was promptly charge $4.99 to my credit card. No thanks. I could have set this up manually for free. It didn’t even recognise my tv.
Settings does not work
It has a settings button which is what I wanted it for. Click it, nothing. 1 star
Needs additional features
It’s okay, better than no remote at all. But I wish it had a power off button and volume control like my fire tv remote.
