Being given a negative mark when business is closed and package can not be delivered
There have been a handful of issues when the business is closed and I cannot deliver a package. However, I still get a negative mark on my rating for something out of my control. When reaching out to support, they refuse to change the rate. Completely unfair analysis.

App would be great if they had any customer support. I’ve had an issue with instant pay for over a month and still no resolve. I keep getting the same thing that some one is going to reach out in 48 hours and never hear anything back

This app will make you a slave of money, you will try to beat bot users and really turn you to a money hungry person, I think legal lawsuit should be filed as this isn't good for people.
I Enjoy Driving For Amazon Flex!!
I have enjoyed driving my cargo van for Amazon Flex!!! The only suggestion I would share is…. If they can come up with a system that can accurately tell the envelope packages from boxes and boxes from envelopes on the app!!! It would definitely save the driver time on the routes. Sometimes the app would say a box and it would be an envelope. You can definitely waste up to 2-4 mins searching if you don’t have a good organization plan with your packages that can help you find the right package faster.
