With the Amazon Flex Debit Card app, you can also track cash back rewards—rewards available exclusively to Amazon Flex delivery partners.⁴
• Up to 6% cash back on all fuel and eligible EV charging purchases⁵
• 2% cash back at Amazon.com and Whole Foods Market
• 1% cash back on everything else
Once you sign up, you can use the app to:
• Track the delivery of your card
• Activate your new card
• Set up Direct Deposit
• Transfer funds from another bank account
• Categorize your personal and business expenses

I like the feature that you can have a virtual debit card however I attempted to make different purchases on different websites and food delivery services and I cannot use the virtual debit card. The app or site say the card is not able to be added. So it’s a virtual car that does not work on any service. It also would not be added to my Apple wallet unlike the Uber Eats debit card or the DoorDash debit card, I can add the virtual wallet immediately.

I’ve had this card for a few years and never used it. I was looking through my expired cards and came upon my Amazon Flex Business Debit card and see that it still has another year before it expires.  So I downloaded the app and put all my info to login in and it’s “wrong”? I only have 2 emails and the same password for EVERYTHING and hit the troubleshooting link to send my login info and nothing came. So I waited, tried again and after it didn’t work I called customer service and was told that is the correct email address. But no code for login verification. 
Seems a little scammy after she told me to “restart my phone”.. No Recommendation for this card.

No good account set up process for the first timer. They send emails, but there is no information to back up the claim. They said click on get started in the approved email, but they did not send an approved email. They said to use your virtual debit card, but there is no information on how to log in, so how can someone access the card? Your step-by-step instructions are incorrect, and that is not a good way to start using this application. Now my money is stuck after working hard; you can't even get your money because of the incoherent application format and instructions.

This is for the people trying to get this card. I started using this card because I’m Amazon Flex driver and they offer this card to their drivers to get pay faster and get some cash back. I recently got scammed with my card being cloned or at least that what I think it happened. Because I got three ATM withdrawals from an ATM I never use and a store I never go to. I filed a claim and they determined I authorized these transactions? Wtf… I just lost almos $400 from their lack of security. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD. If you lose your money they’re not gonna do anything, don’t let the cash back benefit lure you in.
