There must be multiple cart options as currently I have about 56 items in cart and I want to buy only a few among them, it will take me a lot to save the rest for later……multiple carts will ease to buy a few items among 56 items in cart……..
I was delivered a defective item and after opening it tried to reach out to return the item. The app says that it is not a returnable item. There is no way to communicate with Amazon as when I am trying to communicate with Amazon it takes me to same message and there is no phone number to talk to. Very poor service from Amazon. Will think again before buying for sending me defective item and not helping.
They don’t give you refund if you submit the complaint customer support will tell you Item was deferent not the same product as we sent and block your complaint.
As we were waiting for our product from so long but delivery haven’t been arrived yet and the worst customer service team who haven’t provided any resolution only raising ticket the agent Aavik and floor incharge Shubdeep from West Bengal doesn’t provide any resolution and also mentioned further there is no escalation team to escalate….as I have already cancelled the product but still required immediate resolution on this asap….worst service by team
After waiting 2 hours to talk to customer care & they didn’t register complaint for the wrong product delivered. If seller sends you a cheap product forget you will get a help from Amazon. Check the seller before placing product

Amazon has lost it’s credibility now. Worst service ever The delivery people, the team, nobody works. I had lodged many complaints and nothing was done by the customer service team. They just call you to annoy and don’t care about the customer issues. I have ordered 4 products, they were not delivered to me and the delivery guy speaks rudely that I won’t deliver and even after complaining many times to the customer service, no action was taken and I didn’t get the products I ordered. I will definitely uninstall the app and won’t ever order anything from Amazon
Sometimes, when you play a video review, the video doesn't start and instead shows a full-screen dark screen without any back button or navigation options. To continue, you have to close and restart the app, which causes you to lose track of the last product you visited. This issue has been happening frequently. This is very annoying. Please fix this as soon as possible.
Earlier versions were better than the current one. Now it is over categorised. Makes it difficult to find a product (especially the fresh categories).
I have ordered a laptop which was suppose to be delivered yesterday at 10pm and till today I do not know the status of my order. The customer care executive keep fooling you that it will be delivered today and nothing happens. Today at 7pm they tell me that the package is damaged all of a sudden after the delivery executive is not picking up the call. These guys are cheating around with your order and does not even give a damn about anything. They told me to cancel the order and get the refund for the same without providing me any solution. The service of amazon is really pathetic and untrustworthy. I have really lost my trust in amazon. Guys be aware you can be in the same situation tomorrow and will be helpless like I’m today.
