I generally enjoy Kindle but the new version for macbook is terrible. It no longer looks like a book but more like a presentation. All the library features have disappeared, as well.

I would like to have the ability to translate from English to Ukrainian, but the app doesn’t offer it, which is a shame because around 30 million people are native Ukrainian speakers, and many of them likely use Kindle.

Could be better if I didn’t have to switch between the app and web experience for purchases. Sometimes too many choices for classics (would be good to have a known brand for publishing, eg Amazon Classics) and too much advertising for audiobooks

Just downloaded this app to give it a try. All books it shows in my searches are in German. Having looked at settings there’s no language option so no chance for me to download books in languages I actually speak (English, French, Spanish, Irish). Looking on Amazon the help is completely useless since it doesn’t even correspond to what appears on screen. Guess I’ll stick to paper!

Ich lese gerne auf meinem Ipad meine Zeitungen. Aber das ist meistens nur möglich wenn es eine Internet Verbindung gibt und einen guten Router.

There is only the cover appearing and than the screen of my iphone10 is stucked there. I can’t even remove the app to reinstall it later

with the kindle app no need for a kindle device. i like the dark mode and freedom to read my books on both ipad ans iphone. it would be great to finally be able to buy books directly in the app, and upgrade samples to full books from within the app without going to the browser webpage.
