kindle does not need my review, well established application

however I have crossed paths with a feature that I wish was added to kindle. It is a fast reading feature, the one I liked was a pop up, a small box with single words will start feeding to the box, those are the key/unique words in the paragraph.

it helped me to go through a medical text book fast with reasonable comprehension.
