Can’t log in to my account. No way to get in touch with customer service except to call. Awful

I bought e-books out of kindle store(because u dont have books in my Language) and sent them in kindle app on iPhone. Whent its epub it says "in few min it will shows in your library" but it didn't, when its MOBI, it says that its wrong type. Only some books in .doc(?) I can see and read on kindle device. Id love to change from 1 to 5 stars, but please, help me to solve this problem

It’s just ridiculous how bad is the team that manages this app. The app is full of bugs, unfriendly for non-English speakers, and stuck somewhere in 2010s (or even 2000s) in terms of features. Bug: - when I select a word for a translation, in translation window I see a red message “an error occurred…”, only after couple times of selecting the same word the translation appears

I have set up two-step verification in my Amazon account, and now I can’t log in in my Kindle app, as I don’t receive my ONE TIME PASSWORD on my phone. The phone number is set up properly in my Amazon account.

I don’t believe that its hard to add more languages to “translate” functionality. Or add ability to add own language.

It it’s upsetting that I can’t access word wise from my iOS devices, I am of no need to buy a kindle ebook

Guys, why can’t I buy a book in the kindle? Why do I have to go inside the Amazon store? It’s soooo annoying. Also why can’t I buy a book after reading a sample? I have to make so many extra unnecessary steps. Why not just fix it and create a great experience for the customer … I don’t get how smth so simple cannot be fixed by you folks.
