After multiple complaints and continuously being told that it will be fixed with next update, it never is. The issue is that it stops playing after a short period if the software doesn’t get attention. You can’t start it playing and leave it for the day, it just pauses until you tell it to keep playing.
this is a good replacement for spotify and tidal , good value for money.
Algorithm is way off. Not playing songs anything like what I put in an album. Still to this day I don’t pay for it or Spotify as both don’t give confidence in the product.
the app stops you selecting next songs after a few in a row… painful😡. also it stops playing songs and asks do you want to keep on listening…😡 even when i have been listening continually for a period 😡
Preferred when I had less choice and no rotation my least favourite music app
Like it’s been designed by someone that doesn’t use the app. Difficult to find liked songs and albums. Difficult to navigate. Seems more focused on podcasts for some reason. Desperately needs an all new UI.
As I’m a prime member I use the free section. I’m very happy with choosing a mood or a genre. I hear a lot of artists I wouldn’t know otherwise.
Amazon Music gives me countless hours of pleasure during my day and I would be lost without it.
Please tell me why you have made it so the only way I can listen to my DOWNLOADS WHILE OUT OF SERVICE is to put the app in offline mode… do you not see how annoying that is! The songs are downloaded they should automatically work…. Worst music streaming app ever so I guess I should be surprised.
I’ve been using Apple Music for approx 5+ years but since iOS 18 they did many things that made the UI really bad, so it was time to swap and Amazon is now my favourite music platform :)
