There is a variety of interesting films, documentaries etc. However too often native subtitles are missing or even worse: english dubbing over original language

Does not work on Apple TV HD
Can not play anything on the ATV 4 / HD with the latest tvOS in Nov 2024. Everything plays fine on iPad, every other streaming app works fine, Amazon loads endlessly and then fails. Troubleshooting like reinstalling the app, restarting the ATV does not help.

I can’t watch the final episode of my favourite series. It has no sound at all and the picture freezes all the time. I have tried many times and on different days but it doesn’t work. Very disappointed that I can’t even watch what I paid for…
