I used my 7 days trial (Greece) and I ended the trial on the 5th day but guess what they charge me for 2 months and I can’t communicate with them anywhere because the Amazon help doesn’t support my country you are trash

Couldn’t work
Πιο χάλια εφαρμογή δεν έχω ξαναδεί
Η εφαρμογή είναι επιεικώς γελοία. Απίστευτα λάθη στις μεταφράσεις, επεισόδια που οι υπότιτλοι είναι ασυγχρόνιστοι, λίστες επεισοδίων με μίξη ελληνικών και γαλλικων (!) επεισοδίων χωρίς λόγο, επεισόδια που λείπουν και δεν ανοίγουν. Ένα μπάχαλο και ένας ερασιτεχνισμός απερίγραπτος
The app needs serious work.
I really like some of the available titles and I definitely appreciate the subscription rates but the app is absolutely horrendous across all platforms. I use it daily on my Apple TV and the following really ruin my whole experience: It’s slow and buggy, the buffering is too slow and short, everytime I exit but remain in app it forgets the last episode (except from the Apple TV homepage), everytime I exit (anywhere) and then immediately return to my last watched series it keeps asking which profile I want (even though I only have one). It’s the little things that can be easily fixed that ruin the whole deal. Please make some changes.
All subsection services have become a joke
I honestly prefer prime over other joke services but paying monthly to have some very few series and movies and then having to pay extra to watch new stuff like Oppenheimer is a total clown fiesta. Either make it a monthly service or make us pay to watch what we want! I will cancel my subscription very shortly because you don’t give 2 shts about the current situation of world economy.
Fix the interface
The app is bad on tv or mobile. It’s slow not reliable with the scrolling and the interface it’s not helpful to find series or movies.
Worse Player in the entire App Store
The video player that is in the native app is the worst in the entire App Store. Way too many bugs for the price.

Too many bugs. As if the app was released yesterday. I couldn’t even download anything the day I am writing the review.
