Just aweful
Using this app or the firestick really shows you how good Netflix app is. Simply being in the prime app will continuously pause my music playing on Spotify. Prime makes me watch minutes of credits before it thinks about showing the next episode. On the fire stick, Alexa cant find what I’m searching and when it does I cant switch to the previous or next episode easily. What a shame amazon has lost its touch. I’ve just returned my Alexa speakers and went back to Google. Google might be slower but at least it gets the job done…
Account not working on tablet
App is loading and logging on is working but then my account trying is saying ‘start the 7 day free subscription’ with the option to sign in and pay an additional fee.
One star for service.

Subtitles needed
I like the content, but why it only offers only one subtitle language is beyond me. I tried to watch a French movie with my Brazilian girlfriend, so we were looking for English subs. Apparently I can only get Dutch subs since I am a Dutch user. If Netflix and D+ can offer this, why can’t you?
Broken app and service
The app doesnt let me use my account. I created a new email just for this. After a second registration, it doesnt let me purcashe the subscription. Anywhere I navigate in the app I get a message there was a problem. I literally cant do anything with the app. It should be functioning, isnt it?

Unpleasing
Unpleasant to look at and plain ugly. There is no color, pictures and the set up is confusing and hard to discover new shows. Naming the show by season is just cluttering and the episode not having pictures is just sad. Everything on prime tv looks like a kids’ made website but thrown together, because I think kids can do better than this. The UX is terrible.
App snapt verschil tussen play en pauze niet 🙈
Als ik van huis ga dan gaat automatisch alles op pauze. Maar de prime app snapt dat niet en of je nou play of pauze commando geeft, hij wisselt van play naar pauze.
Dus als prime op pauze staat, en ik ga van huis, kom ik terug en zijn films en serieus opeens uren verder omdat die op play stonden.
Sowieso is dit van alle tv apps (Netflix, Apple TV, Disney) de allerslechtste.
