App is slow and won't open even on 5G
Everything other opens but this one won't, will keep loading forever and they say connection or whatever!! Wasted my money for sub

My app is not opening at all when I downloaded this evening. I had to delete and download again and it’s still the same issue. Please rectify as soon as possible please because I don’t even know what is causing this situation
