Startet en 7 dagers prøvetid. Etter en dag skulle jeg se på innhold men plutselig var kontoen sperret uten at jeg hadde brukt den . Ring kundeservice står det! Og hvor kontakter jeg de??? For å komme inn på hjelpesiden og kontakte de må du logge den inn! Men det går jo ikke. Elendig kundeservice. Aner ikke hva jeg skal gjøre nå

Jeg har prøvd nå å avslutte abenomentet mitt tre ganger. Hver gang har det stått at det er avsluttet men de har trukket meg neste måned uansett. Jeg får ikke tak i kundeservice. Når jeg prøver å åpne en chat med kundeservice går siden bare til hjemmsiden. Jeg skulle gjerne hatt 158kr tilbake.

Stenger meg ute fra kontoen når jeg forsøker å logge inn. Er umulig å komme i kontakt med når jeg forsøker å gi tilbakemelding om dette. Må da være innlogget, som gjør det umulig når de stenger meg ute fra kontoen jeg betaler for. Som et resultat betaler jeg penger for å ikke få tilgang fordi jeg ikke kan si opp på dagen. I’m giving a one star rating because it is not possible to watch downloaded content without an internet connection. This is extremely bad compared to other streaming services. While some content is good, I’m not sure it’s good enough given this limitation.
