Cannot sign in after signing out on my ipad
I have a prime video subscription on apple store Cannot sign in after signing out on my ipad
Account Locked
I just subscribed to your app a few days ago and before I even use it on my mobile phone, you already sign it out. I tried logging in by putting on the code needed to sign in but then I received a notif that my account has been temporarity locked. I don’t even know the reason why you blocked my mobile phone on streaming since I never even able to use it. I tried looking for ways to contact customer service via email but failed. I wasted my money on the app that you won’t even let me use.
Subtitle turns on and off like Christmas lights
Subtitle doesn’t work on screen mirroring. It turns on and off like flickering lights. Tried upgrading and restarting the app but issue persists.
Ads
Living in a third world country means having a slow internet connection. Its hard for us to stream with this kind of internet service then u would put ads which would eventually slows down the internet more, why pay for a streaming service when it do still have ads?

Hard to have rep and also on the site either app no philippines rep return my subcription fee due to your not allowing me to login …
LOG IN PROBLEM
I can’t log in using my phone number. Useless and waste of money.
Unskipable ads on paid subscription
Why do I need to watch an unskipable ad when I paid my monthly subs for this app??? Every time i start a new show to watch, Prime will show an ad with their new show.
Very disappointed!!!
I’ve been trying to contact amazon prime it’s really frustrating and there’s no way to contact them even email or via numberpaid subscription however i can’t use it 🤦🏻♂️
WASTE OF MONEY
Although I have already purchased this app, I still can't watch any movies.
