Not happy
I just downloaded your app a few days ago using my new device to watch series. I’m trying to access the app today and it told me it was temporary blocked since it detected unusual activities. I keep looking how to contact support and just found out i can only contact it through a call. That’s too much for me. I just wasted my subscription thank to you all, now i uninstall the app and deleted it now. You can keep my initial payment for my 1st month. I was really looking forward on finishing a kdrama now i lost my mood to watch it.

It won’t play
Whenever i want to watch something, it won’t play. There is audio, but no motion picture. It’s just a loading screen and audio from the movie. Please fix this issue, i have reinstalled it many times and it’s still the same issue.
