Experience slowness when loading shows
It seems to happens after the last update after 11/11 on the app that I have experienced slowness when open the app and also loading of the show and it some time unable to load at all and it haves an error. Please help to resolve the issue ASAP as I am paying more now that you have increased the prices.
Very bad system
I have a very angry and bad experience about subtitles. Spent 1 hour to figure it out and still failed. Content in amazon is ok but definitely not worth renewing
Some videos can’t be played
I subscribed to Prime thinking I would have a hassle-free experience watching my favourite shows. But guess what? A few of the episodes are unavailable/cannot be played. So what is the use of subscribing? I have to miss a few episode gaps? I even called the specialist & he wasn’t helping at all.
LoTR Rings of Power S2
From episode 2 onwards, on phone Subtitles are Off perpetually and I am unable to get them out, then on the television, there are subtitles but no audio. Work out the kinks before you release them for public consumption???
no filter by imdb rating
All good, but why is there no proper filter? Amazon bought imdb and shows the imdb rating. Why is that no filter option? Or the year in which the movies are made? One issue of streaming services is to find a movie so please make it easier for your customers!

Why is my video audio in Spanish?
After going through the settings to change Audio. It is still speaking Spanish. Please rectify Season 2 Episode 9 of Yellowstone. The other seasons before are okay except this and season 10. Thank you.
