Not Connecting - tried everything still not connecting
I have googled, to check why this app does load. I have tried everything!! Nothing worked. Never use to have this problem.

Subscription issues
Hello guys I’ve downloaded the prime video app on my iPhone as well as my MacBook Pro. I’ve subscribed for the free trial and after 7 days I’m assuming they will start deducting the monthly subscription. But when I go into the app to use it. It keeps prompting me to try the free trial and asks me to scan and pay. When I click on that it tells me I already have a subscription. What’s the problem here ? Is this an error on prime side ? PLEASE HELP
No sound
There seems to be issues with sound while playing anything on the app and this is rather frustrating. I have restarted my device and the same thing has been happening on another device where the sound just goes off Please urgently attend to this bug I have updated the app and still having the same issues
Unreliable Sound
Every 1-2h of content streamed the sound disappears. The only way to fix it seems to be to delete and reinstall the app. No fun watching movies like that.
AMA-zon is Ama-zing
Enjoy the app and functionality and the collection of movies and series available to South Africans. It would be nice to incorporate the prime gaming app to add the free titles available to subscribers. It would also be great to download and transfer profiles from one account to another.
Not complete
What is the point that I pay for prime video but 4 episodes are missing for LAO: SVU season 2 so I’m supposed to guess how Chicago PDs episode links up to SVU without seeing it. Yes SVU is supposed to be available on Prime Video. Disgrace.
Child lock
I would appreciate it if developers could lock my profile itself instead of locking each individual episode because having to put my password in everytime I want to watch the next episode grieves me. Just enable me to lock my profile so that the children in my home can’t access it at all. They have their own kids profile to watch from.
