. Have been struggling to log in for days, and just getting nowhere. No customer service. Think imagine how hard cancelling your subscription must be if just opening one is so hard??? Thanks but no thanks. Deleting the useless app. Zero stars from me.
Why is season 8 of Chicago fire not available not showing on the list
Several charges have gone off our credit card for Prime Video when we didn’t have a subscription. There is no contact number or anyone you can deal with in South Africa to delete your account. Dodgy billing practices flagged with ABSA Bank.
The app struggles to continue from the place you stopped/paused. It starts from the previous episode or starts from the beginning. There is also a lot of episodes not available in series’s. You can watch 1,2,3,4 and 5 then 6 is unavailable and exc Really frustrating!!
I don’t get why there is no option to watch trailers to a video makes no sense
Content wise Prime has a good variety of shows and movies to watch. However i do wish the downloading option were less buggy and did not pause or freeze on downloads with fluctuating wifi and/or data speeds downloading has become the next go-to and sometimes the preferred option. Please address this issue with as much haste and priority as possible.
Please sort out your app. It constantly buffers and lags while playing content. Network is fine as other streaming apps work perfectly fine.
Removing good content like the full seasons of the office and parks and recreation. When you are the only streaming app that has them is a really silly plan.
Not the Amazon prime video help and feedback not being able to help me sent all receipts to their support team and nothing not only am I hurt but disappointment is clouding everything
Utterly pointless. NOTHING is available unless you want to rent or buy it. What rubbish.
