I made a trial subscription to your service and forgot about the renewal. As a result, I applied for a refund - I was refused, I made an appeal - they still refused. Thank you for the gift for Christmas - now the student has no last money. p.s. - my subscription was also cancelled, so I didn't get my movies or money back.

I couldn't download it on my phone, it kept showing an error, I don't recommend it. Netflix in e works great
They blocked me after i subscribe
When I subscribed to Amazon Prime (through the browser) and was about to log into my account from my PS5 and also my phone, Amazon blocked my account due to suspicious activity In the email they sent, they mentioned that I needed to log back into my Amazon account and see an option to upload new documents for verification, which they would review within 24 hours (a process that is already inconvenient in itself) But it gets worse—when you log in, you don’t see this option. Instead, you only see a pre-written message saying, “Check your email for instructions on what to do”
