I have unsubscribe few months ago and still they are deducting money from my card ! It’s like hotel California you check in but cannot check out never !!! Its not acceptable

Dear Prime Team, I appreciate the vast collection of content available on Amazon Prime and the continuous improvements made to enhance the viewing experience. However, I would like to request an important feature that would greatly benefit regional language speakers—an option to add external subtitles. As a Malayalam speaker, I often find that many movies and shows on Prime do not have Malayalam subtitles. Websites like MSone Malayalam Subtitles and similar platforms provide high-quality, community-driven subtitles for many popular shows and movies. Having the ability to upload and sync external subtitles would make Amazon Prime more accessible to a wider audience, especially in regions where official subtitles are limited or unavailable.I hope you will consider this request and look into implementing it in future updates. User interface is terrible definitely not user friendly. Experience is terrible. I always regret subscribing after few days into it.

Most of films have subtitles in all languages except Arabic !!!

I don’t know why till deduction every month from my account? Even unscribed the service, and delete the account, please stop this Asap. It’s my humble request to you.

Constantly lags especially on TV.

It a trap. You get to watch what other countries can. Nothing I’ve been spending money on this app for over 2 years now. The content in the MENA region is ridiculous. They barely add a move or série in over 2 months and the content is super old (90s)… also the app doesn’t remember which episode you left on, hence you have to start looking over and over again. But the worst part is the fast forward or backwards, I can’t believe that!!!!! So so disappointing

There is no interest from the program administration to put Arabic subtitles for most of the films and series, and the program hangs most of the time and is not as advanced as other programs.

Please fix your app on Samsung tv projector it’s crashing every time.. whenever I open the app it doesn’t login me it’s gives me error: Unknown error occurred unlike Netflix which works perfectly fine on the Samsung projector it’s not issue with my connectivity is what I’m trying to say I have close and open again multiple times for the login to work
