Amazon Prime Video

Glitchy. Doesn’t communicate across different platforms. Pause a show, expect to rewatch a 2 minute ad, because that’s what Prime Video is, Ads. The way PV sorts available things to watch is weird, if you pay for extra channels those should easily be listed, not mixed in. Did I mention never ending ads???

The app/company is a mess when dealing with customers just as bad and annoying way to spend time dealing with this app/company

i am so disappointed in this app. i love the movie “This is Us” it is a One Direction documentary and i love it with every fiber of my being. they are taking this movie off in a couple of days and i am devastated. i do not have enough money to buy the movie and afford prime. this movie is too good to be taken off. And especially after Liams passing. i need to grieve. and the movie makes it seem like he’s still here. DO NOT REMOVE THIS MOVIE. or just put it back. please. i love this movie.

Canceled paramount+ only to find out prime video which is supposed to be included with PRIME is not in fact included. I’m being charged not only for paramount+ from them, Amazon decided to charge me AGAIN for paramount+. I canceled paramount bc it never worked on my tv. Now today even after going directly through Amazon prime I again am being charged for paramount+ through amazon. Anything to line their pockets stealing from us. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves but of course they don’t care.

Just OK if that! AMAZON is in control. It’s corporate America all over again. What a nightmare!

Bro this is such a scam. Charging 10 dollars a month just for ads and maybe three shows and the occasional film is absurd. Corporate greed at its finest.

App freezes on my iPad all the times.

Prime used to be good. Good tv shows good movies but as soon as they added ads it’s been terrible. If you pause and go do something and come back they make you watch an ad. There are 3, 4 ever episode. It’s just terrible.

The app is great. I just think there is a bug on my iPad that every time I try to play a video it opens up the Amazon app and then it opens Apple Safari so I actually can’t watch the videos on the Prime Video app, but on the Safari browser.
