The Amazon Relay mobile app is for carriers, owner-operators and drivers who want to manage their Relay freight on the go. From the grocery store checkout line to the parking lot of fuel stop, carriers and owner-operators can use the app to book and manage loads anywhere they get a phone signal. And truck drivers can use the Relay app to find the safest route for their Amazon cargo, along with site-specific information about facilities that makes entry faster.

Don’t do it!!!!!

Pulling Amazon trailers used to be good work,, but it gets worse every day. It doesn’t pay to do a good job for them!!! They will always find a way to screw you over. And they just keep signing on more and more inexperienced drivers/trucks most of them don’t know how to figure out their bottom line and they’re taking loads as soon as they hit the load board at $1.38 per mile. I can’t operate my truck for that low of a rate. If they would leave it until it gets closer to the pickup time it would go to over $2.00/ even up to $2.90 or higher like they were when I first started with Amazon. Now Amazon is using us to haul broker freight,, I’m sorry but I quit working for brokers 10 years ago,, they are crooks and Amazon shouldn’t be trying to get us to haul their loads. The rate for hauling it isn’t any better thru Amazon.

This App is the greatest situation for trucking. Most of my bad experiences in trucking had to do with bullying, a person dealing with a person. Relay app out preforms the “mistake” and gives control back to the driver for a smooth ride. Safety First!

iPhone 13 ProMax

The app doesn’t work with iPhone 13 Pro Max on Intermodal containers. If you try to put the container ready verify container number doesn’t work to Summit!!!

Loadboard pay

I’d really recommend more pay per mile. This will help me to continue as to haul for Amazon. Other responsible costs are to high. Plus more loads needed in the Southern region on the Loadboard. Totally not enough. Thanks!

Convenient and helpful

Very convenient and easy to use. Navigation is the best, very helpful. I am satisfied with relay.
