## Amazon Relay Description
The Amazon Relay mobile app is for carriers, owner-operators and drivers who want to manage their Relay freight on the go. From the grocery store checkout line to the parking lot of fuel stop, carriers and owner-operators can use the app to book and manage loads anywhere they get a phone signal. And truck drivers can use the Relay app to find the safest route for their Amazon cargo, along with site-specific information about facilities that makes entry faster.

* Load Board that makes it easy to book loads that fit your schedule
* Suggested Reloads that maximize drivers’ schedules by surfacing additional trips along their routes
* Post A Truck, which automatically books loads that match truck availability

How we are going to delete the trucks that we do not use and this is going to give us problem if we choose wrong license plate by mistake, that’s gonna be huge problem!!! Very difficult to get loads that pay a descent rate per mile. Most of the rates per mile on this app barely  covers your diesel. I’m not sure how someone can make a living driving for this company. Unless you are driving an electric semi truck you won’t make money . 🤮

Working with this company is very bad when the weather is bad or you are on the road, whether you meet the reservation or deliver it, and there is a crowding or an accident you call them and tell them about it. With all these problems that get on the road, they will reduce the level of company performance, and when you have a reservation and you go to meet your reservation, your reservation is canceled, and then they pay $175, and if you have booked the blocks for more than a day and your company has been suspended because of the renewal of anything, they will cancel your reservation and then your company's performance level decreases and you send them an email and talk to them, no one helps you

A lot of times the schedule will update and shorten my time while I’m taking a break and make me late. Also I’ll show up to pick up a trailer that’s showing it’s ready and I’m told it’s not ready. After waiting for my SDT I get told that it’s been ready for hours.

One of the top companies in the world with programmers from all over the world at their disposal yet they cannot make a user friendly app for single truck owner operators. 

I don’t care how sophisticated the Relay app is or how many high IQ hours were spent on planning, designing, and developing the App because if I, a one person company, have to constantly manage two separate accounts, then the only thing I will do for Amazon is leave this single star review. 

Thank you for showing me that sometimes, something  great can also be lame at the same time. Cheers to all your hard work and only thinking about what suits you best!
